Good to know about package finish

The package is applicable to the primary layouts of apartments in developer condition. Sanitation in bathrooms in accordance with the art of construction and installations prepared by the developer.
Any changes to the scope of the package are possible after individual pricing.
Doors covered in the package price are included if the developer has provided for their insertion and prepared a suitable door opening.
Collections or products included in the package are in accordance with the manufacturers’ current offers and are subject to change in case of stocks.

KCollections of tiles included in the package do not include decorative tiles, moldings, mosaics.
Visualizations on product pages are for reference only and do not constitute a commercial offer.
The package price does not include wall smoothing, plumbing into walls, finishing of stairs, window sills, balcony thresholds, electrical fixtures (sockets, switches) and other changes of condition provided by the developer.
