It includes a fully furnished 120-meter show apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathrooms. Natural wood, stone, and deep burgundy tones are combined here with soft, rounded forms.

We’ve compiled some answers to help you understand how the GM Design Studio service works.
This is a comprehensive, customized interior design service. Its goal is to fully personalize your home. The architect will assess your needs, prepare proposals for the functional layout, create 360-degree virtual tours of the interior, and develop all the technical documentation needed by the construction team.
The cost depends on the option you choose. If you’re only interested in the design, the price is 250 PLN/m². It’s more cost-effective to combine the design with the finishing work done by our company—in that case, the price for the design is 220 PLN/m², and you’ll also receive a discount on the finishing package itself.
There is no such requirement. GM Design Studio offers complete flexibility—with the help of an architect, you can choose materials and solutions that are not included in our standard catalogs. These will simply be included in a customized cost estimate, which will affect the final cost of the finishes.
As part of the service, several design meetings are held. These meetings are flexible in format—they can take place online (e.g., during the layout discussion phase) or in person at our showroom, which is particularly useful when physically selecting finishing materials.
As part of the standard GM Design Studio service, you receive visualizations showing what the furniture will look like, as well as assistance from a specialist in planning it. However, we prepare the detailed technical drawings necessary for the production and assembly of the furniture only if you decide to commission our company to carry out the custom woodwork.
