We’ve compiled answers that will help you understand
what the process of a comprehensive apartment renovation involves
and how to prepare it for turnkey completion.
The cost of renovation per square meter is difficult to determine in advance. Each apartment differs in terms of its current condition, the scope of necessary work, and the client’s expectations. That is why we prepare a customized quote after inspecting the property and discussing your needs.
The completion time depends on the size of the apartment and the scope of work. The process consists of two stages: design and renovation and finishing work.
| Apartment size | Design phase | Renovation and finishing work |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 50 m² | approx. 8 weeks | approx. 15–17 weeks |
| 50 to 90 m² | approx. 9 weeks | approx. 17 weeks |
| Over 90 m² | approx. 9–10 weeks | approx. 17–19 weeks |
The design phase includes preparing the interior design, documentation, and selecting materials. Once this phase is complete, renovation and finishing work begins, carried out according to a schedule prepared by the coordinator.
