The cost of renovation per square meter is difficult to determine in advance. Each apartment differs in terms of its current condition, the scope of necessary work, and the client’s expectations. That is why we prepare a customized quote after inspecting the property and discussing your needs.
This package is NOT a renovation.
For this package, we prepare a separate, customized estimate for renovation work, depending on what needs to be done to bring the apartment to a developer-ready condition. This scope may include, among other things, demolition, structural modifications, and installation work.
The completion time depends on the size of the apartment and the scope of work. The process consists of two stages: design and renovation and finishing work.
